These sessions offered will help you take charge of your well-being, break patterns that no longer serve, and discover a renewed sense of possibility for yourself and your future.


The goal of these sessions is to integrate learned methods into your life. Together we create a sustainable plan that aligns with your unique vision of wellness. The length of the program varies depending on your unique needs. 


We can raise our vibration and have all the natural energy we want with the power of food! Start by eliminating toxins and processed foods from your diet, which zap your energy. Then slowly add S.O.U.L (seasonal, organic, unprocessed, and local nutrient-dense foods) to your liking. I use the Eating for Health® model for meal plan guidance.

Learn and practice the techniques to help relieve stress and anxiety. Get back to center. Align to being, not doing. Calm your mind, and connect with your spiritual side. Meditation allows for a deeper connection to yourself and the Universe. By returning to your breath and reconnecting to a natural state, you again become your true self.

To begin exploring, a minimum of three sessions is best.

To support this, your first three sessions are discounted to $300, payable prior to our first session.
