Chimichurri

The ultimate easy-to-make Chimichurri that not only elevates flavor but also helps detox the body and boost nutrient absorption.


1 cup fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley (leaves only)

1 cup fresh cilantro (leaves only)

4 cloves garlic, peeled

1 tbsp dried oregano 

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 large lemons)


Add parsley, cilantro, and garlic to a food processor and pulse to mince. Then add dried oregano, red pepper flakes, olive oil, vinegar, and lemon juice and pulse 2-3 times to mix. Season with salt and add more to taste. Easy peasy! *Making this sauce ahead of time and refrigerating the night before serving helps enhance all the flavor!
