Eating Well Post-Fasting

It’s been two months since my 40-day cleanse and water fast — a journey of physical healing and spiritual growth. The experience has opened me to receive food in its purest form, allowing me to align with the rhythm and wisdom of nature.

During the cleanse, I rid my body of toxins, stuck emotions, and parasites. I purged. I let go. I forgave myself. I allowed my subconscious mind and body to clear out residual energetic patterns that had been stuck for years. This act of release created a space for healing that was far more than just physical.

My daily practices that rooted me in the present moment — meditation, breathwork, intentional rest, and deepened connection outdoors with the elements — air, water, Sun, and Earth — nourished my body and spirit.

After the cleanse, I set my intention to create an elevated life by choosing high-vibrational foods. I committed to a vegetarian diet, feeling deeply that consuming animals no longer aligned with the spiritual path I was walking.

I eat meals centered on plant-based foods, including sourdough bread, dairy, eggs, honey, and various fresh herbs. I focus on high-vibrational foods to ensure I receive essential nutrients and natural energy.

What we consume has a frequency, a vibration that interacts with our own, and I knew that for my continued spiritual ascension, I had to consume life directly from the Earth. Sustenance is as much about energy as it is about nutrition. The energy of plants, fruits, and vegetables elevate state of being.

Through the fasting process and meditation practices, I experienced spiritual/ energetic shifts which raised my natural frequency and activated DNA potential. I was able to recalibrate my energy field.

When fasting, I understood energy in a profoundly new way, at the core of my being. My energy increased exponentially and I slept less. My meditation practice and conscious connection to the elements sustained an expanded sense of self. I felt my being-ness merge with nature, realizing at a fundamental level that nature is not something I observe; it is what I am.

More about this 40-day fast, my journey.

By sacrificing food, I gained a renewed appreciation for the life-giving energy it holds. This evolved level of gratitude and love supports the deepened sense of our true interconnectedness.

Now, before I take my first bite, I visualize my food holding the energetic vibration that nurtures me. I infuse it with my intention, recognizing that how I consume impacts the resonance of what I receive. Eating mindfully honors my body and the energy it requires.

When we connect with the Earth’s consciousness and hold appreciation in the deepest sense we invoke a sacred act.

I give thanks to the Earth. I consciously connect with the elements that support the nutrients I eat. I deeply feel gratitude for the energy I receive.

Everything I consume (conversations, social media, movies, music, environments) has an energetic pattern. I have become more discerning, questioning how each of these external substances supports my energy.

Fasting was not just about the absence of food; it was about resetting my approach to life. Nourishment is not only physical — it is spiritual/ energetic. What we allow into our bodies, minds, and spirits matters deeply, and it shapes our reality.
